All orders ship FOB from our warehouse in Georgia, USA via freight/parcel carrier depending on order size.

 

Processing time: Orders typically ship within 2-5 business days of payment confirmation.

 

Shipping cost: Calculated at checkout based on box count, weight, and destination. For large multi-box or pallet orders, contact us directly for a freight quote.

 

Delivery estimates: Transit times shown at checkout are carrier estimates, not guarantees. We are not responsible for carrier delays.

 

Damaged or missing shipments: Inspect your shipment upon arrival. If a box is damaged in transit or a carrier shortfall occurs, contact us within 5 business days with photos and your order number so we can file a claim and make it right.

 

International and freight orders: Available on a case-by-case basis - contact us before ordering if you need shipping outside the continental US or a full pallet/truckload quote.
